Managing Your Alerts
Stay informed without getting overwhelmed. ProTimeCRM allows you to granularly control your notification preferences.
Accessing Notification Settings
- Click on Settings at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
- Select My Profile.
- Scroll down to the Notifications section.
Types of Notifications
You can toggle email, SMS, and push notifications for various events:
- Conversations: Alerts for new text messages, emails, or social DMs.
- Assigned Tasks: Alerts when a team member assigns a task to you.
- Appointments: Alerts for new bookings, cancellations, or reminders.
- Leads: Alerts when a new contact is added to the system.
Note: To receive push notifications on your phone, ensure you have the mobile app installed and notifications enabled in your phone's OS settings.
