If you encounter a bug, need help setting up a complex workflow, or have billing questions, our support team is here to help.
Submitting a Ticket
- Navigate to the Support page from the main navigation menu.
- Fill out the support ticket form with your contact information.
- Select the appropriate Issue Type (e.g., Technical Issue, Billing, Feature Request).
- Provide a detailed description of your problem. Include screenshots or Loom video links if possible!
- Click Submit.
Response Times
Standard support tickets are typically answered within 24 hours. If you select "High" or "Urgent" priority, our triage team will prioritize your request. For immediate assistance during business hours, consider using the live chat widget in the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
