Building Your Online Reputation
Positive reviews on Google and Facebook are essential for attracting new business. ProTimeCRM makes it easy to request reviews.
Manual Review Requests
- Click the Quick Actions lightning bolt icon at the top of your dashboard.
- Select Send Review Request.
- Type in your client's name.
- Choose whether to send the request via SMS or Email, then hit send.
Automated Review Requests
You can set up workflows to automatically request a review when a specific action occurs. For example, when you drag a deal card to the "Closed Won" stage in your pipeline, a workflow can wait 24 hours and then automatically text the client a link to your Google Business Profile.
Monitoring Reviews
Navigate to the Reputation tab to view and reply to all your incoming reviews from one central dashboard.
