Replying to a New Lead
Speed to lead is critical. When a new lead enters your pipeline, responding quickly increases your chances of closing the deal.
1. Accessing the Conversations Tab
Navigate to the Conversations tab in the left-hand menu. This is your unified inbox for SMS, emails, web chats, and social media messages.
2. Selecting the Lead
Click on the unread message from your new lead. You will see their entire communication history in the center pane.
3. Crafting Your Response
At the bottom of the screen, select your preferred channel (SMS or Email). Type your message or use a pre-saved Template to respond quickly.
4. Updating the Pipeline
After replying, make sure to update their status in the Opportunities tab. Drag their card from "New Lead" to "Responded" so your team knows they are being handled.
