    Managing Your Calendar

    ProTimeCRM features a robust calendar system that syncs with Google Calendar and Outlook to prevent double-booking.

    Viewing Appointments

    Click on Calendars in the main menu. You can view your schedule by Day, Week, or Month. Use the dropdown at the top to switch between different team members' calendars.

    Booking a New Appointment

    1. Click the blue Book Appointment button at the top right.
    2. Select the contact you want to book with.
    3. Choose the date, time, and specific calendar.
    4. Add any relevant meeting notes and click Save.

    Rescheduling or Canceling

    To change an appointment, simply click on the event block in your calendar view. From the popup menu, you can alter the time, change the status to "Showed" or "No-Show", or cancel the meeting entirely. Automated notifications will instantly update the client.
