The Workflow
When someone calls your ProTimeCRM tracking number and you miss the call, the system instantly triggers an automated SMS to the caller.
Example Message: "Hi, this is ProTimeCRM. We're sorry we missed your call! How can we help you today?"
Engaging the Lead
Once the caller replies to the text, your AI Conversational bot (if enabled) can take over the chat, answer their questions, and get them booked on your calendar—all while you're still busy with another client!
Customizing the Message
You can edit your missed-call text back message by navigating to Settings > Business Profile and scrolling down to the "Missed Call Text Back" section.
